I teach principles of intelligent and healthy movement based on European Pilates and rehab concepts. I own a Pilates studio in the heart of Europe, and hundreds of women have gone through my classes in the last 12 years. As a former athlete with many injuries, my passion is to teach others to prevent & relieve back pain and integrate healthy movement patterns for a high-quality life. Being a mom of 2, I also recognize the many challenges both natural delivery and a C-section can bring to your body. I specialize in helping moms to relieve back pain and feel great again in their bodies.
